Shandong Linglan Flour Manufacturing Co. Ltd. was founded in 1992 with an area of 39,000 square meters,building-up area of 22,000 square meters,and fixed assets of RMB120,000,000. It has a staff of 180,including 23 professional technical personnels. The company attaches 3 branch plants;Flour processing Plant,Feed-processing Plant and Instant Noodles Processing Plant.It is a new type of multiple grain-processing enterprise which mainly deals with flour processing as well as feed-processing and food processing.
The flour proessing plant has a special flour making line for 250 tons of wheat perday. The whole set of facilities were imported from Buhier Company in Swiss. With the adoption of advanced Siemens PLC control system,they are equipped with adding devices,moisture content measuremesnt on line and calculating devices,auto-calculation of flow and distribution equipment as well as advanced flour mixing devices and chemical examination system. It can process 60,000 tons of flour of all kinds every year. The specially processed wheat flour,has been considered as safe flour by national grain industry. There are 10 kinds of flour which chiefly include bread flour,noodle flour,dumping flour,snowy flour,refined flour and specially processed flour etc.
